At the end of the online Food Hygiene Level 2 course is a 15 question, multiple-choice quiz. When learners demonstrate their understanding of the course content and achieve a score of 80% or more, you will receive a fully accredited Food & Hygiene Level 2 Certificate for Yacht Crew.
Score less than 80%, and learners can revisit any part of the course and retake the quiz until they are successful.

And we recommend as a minimum to get STCW Proficiency in designated Security Duties (PDSD Yacht crew) and if you are handling food on board a Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate.
